About Us

My name is Ann Matey and I live with my therapy-licensed dog, Batman. My home has a permanent doggie door connected to a fenced in Image of a sleeping cat. Animals entrusted to our care will be safe, secure and happy.backyard. My top priority is the safety, comfort and health of the pets entrusted to my care. I offer the most professional in-home (yours or mine) pet care and pet exercise service in the Windermere area. My full-time career is taking care of animals. Two reliable petsitters, also owning their own businesses, assist me as back up so you never have to worry in an emergency. I am bonded and insured for added safety.

Emergencies:

Your pet will be transported to either your designated vet or to the Sand Lake Animal Clinic if emergencies should arise. This facility is fully equipped and staffed to provide quality veterinary care 24 hours a day. They use the emergency vet services after hours.

Ready Key program:

Image of dog and boy playing. Your animals will receive plenty of exercise and lots of tender loving care.Designed for the pet owner who travels frequently. Participating in this program allows us to be on call 24/7. I will agree to keep a copy of your house key during the consultation visit. This will allow back up should you ever need us in an emergency or last minute trip.
